This 600 sq. ft. new construction ADU in Simi Valley was designed to maximize comfort, functionality, and indoor-outdoor living within a compact footprint.
Featuring 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, this detached guest house ADU combines warm natural finishes with clean modern design throughout the entire space.

The interior includes custom oak-style cabinetry, quartz countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, recessed lighting, and a fully equipped kitchen with peninsula seating and built-in storage solutions.
Vaulted ceilings and large sliding glass doors create an open and airy feel while bringing in plenty of natural light.
The bathroom was finished with modern matte black fixtures, handcrafted-style tile, and a sleek frameless glass enclosure for a fresh, elevated look.

Outside, the project included a complete backyard transformation with new pavers, hardscape, custom decking, firepit area, updated landscaping, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow designed for entertaining and everyday use.
The exterior architecture features clean lines, exposed beams, smooth stucco finishes, and a warm modern color palette that blends beautifully with the surrounding property.
