We recently completed a full kitchen remodel with R&D Builders and are very happy with both the experience and the finished product.

Roi, one of the owners, was our primary point of contact. He’s personable, charismatic, and genuinely easy to work with. He has high standards, pays attention to the details, and clearly cares about making sure his customers get exactly what they envisioned.

R&D coordinated all aspects of the remodel, including demolition, framing, drywall, insulation, plumbing, electrical, flooring, countertops, and stucco work. The drywall and countertop teams were particularly excellent, and the quality of the finished work shows.

What impressed us most was how smoothly Roi kept everything moving. The different trades flowed from one to the next without long delays, and the entire project was completed in about a month. He was also flexible when we changed the scope of work and consistently followed through to make sure everything was done right.

Competitive pricing, excellent workmanship, great communication, and a genuinely positive experience from start to finish. We would happily recommend Roi and R&D Builders!

I connected with Roi via Reddit on a post I had regarding a construction question. I live in Sacramento and Roo lives in LA. I sent him my building plans and we hopped on a call. Roy took the time to speak to me about my plans, go over all of his concerns and details about our project. He did this out of his own time and willingness just to be a helping hand on a project he has 0 financial incentive on. we spoke for over an hour on the phone and provided his professional opinion about my ADU remodel and inspection items I had concerns with. Roi was extremely detailed and went through various scenarios to ensure our course of action and engineering recommendations made sense before spending additional money on our project. I likely will never work with him as I’m on the opposite end of the state but purely based off of my convo with him, if I was in LA I’d love to get the chance to.
