Construction Workmanship

We take pride in the work we do, and are happy to warranty our workmanship. Construction workmanship is warranted for 2 years commencing on the date of the final inspection being signed. However, any warranty on merchandise is extended solely by the manufacturer and varies from one product to another.

What Our Design Build Process Includes

Our design-build process, from the first meeting to the final walk-through.

1.Plan
Every home remodel, addition, ADU or custom home starts with a one-on-one consultation. We learn your goals, style, budget and timeline, then turn them into a clear project plan, so you know exactly what we are building before design begins.
2.Design
Next, our in-house design team creates custom design plans and 3D renderings for your space. Together, we also choose the layout, materials, finishes and colors, balancing how your home looks with how you live in it, and make sure every detail is practical to build.
3.Build
As your licensed general contractor, we manage construction from start to finish. Also, our craftsmen and project managers source materials, coordinate subcontractors and keep your project on schedule, with regular updates so you always know where things stand.
4.Inspect
When construction is complete, we walk through your home with you and review every detail. Then we listen to your feedback and handle any final adjustments, so your new kitchen, bathroom, addition or custom home is exactly what you planned.
