We recently completed a full kitchen remodel with R&D Builders and are very happy with both the experience and the finished product.
Roi, one of the owners, was our primary point of contact. He’s personable, charismatic, and genuinely easy to work with. He has high standards, pays attention to the details, and clearly cares about making sure his customers get exactly what they envisioned.
R&D coordinated all aspects of the remodel, including demolition, framing, drywall, insulation, plumbing, electrical, flooring, countertops, and stucco work. The drywall and countertop teams were particularly excellent, and the quality of the finished work shows.
What impressed us most was how smoothly Roi kept everything moving. The different trades flowed from one to the next without long delays, and the entire project was completed in about a month. He was also flexible when we changed the scope of work and consistently followed through to make sure everything was done right.
Competitive pricing, excellent workmanship, great communication, and a genuinely positive experience from start to finish. We would happily recommend Roi and R&D Builders!
Response from RnD Builders IncDave! Thank you so much for the kind words and for trusting us with your home. It was a pleasure working with you, and we’re so happy you’re enjoying the finished project!

I hired RnD Builders to remodel my home and couldn’t be happier with the results. They remodeled three bathrooms, a kitchen, and installed new flooring. The team was professional, punctual and communicative from start to finish.
All three bathrooms were modernized with beautiful tile work; which was precise and attention to detail excellent. They opened the kitchen into the family room creating a large open area. The new cabinets and quartzite countertops are now up to date. The new flooring ties the spaces together. It was installed quickly with minimal disruption.
Their professionalism was greatly appreciated. Timelines were realistic and changes were handled efficiently. Any small issues were addressed promptly and courteously. Danielle was always available for design consultation, which was greatly appreciated. If you are looking for a reliable contractor with a smooth remodel process, I highly recommend RnD Builders

We hired RnD Builders Inc for a big kitchen remodel (wall removed, windows moved, total transformation!), and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. With kids, pets, and family craziness, I needed this done FAST, and they delivered by having everything pre-planned and multiple crews working at once—without cutting corners. Danielle and her team were amazing at guiding the design, really listening to what our family needed, and making it all come together beautifully. We’re obsessed with the bar seating because it opens the space up while still keeping things feeling separate, the very long island and beverage area. They even worked Saturdays, which was a huge help. The before-and-after photos say it all.
Response from RnD Builders IncWe truly appreciate your wonderful feedback! It's so rewarding to hear how much you and your family are enjoying the new kitchen space. Our team worked hard to ensure everything was just right for you, and we're glad to know you felt supported throughout. Wishing you many joyful times in your beautiful new kitchen!

We just finished a major kitchen remodel with RnD Builders and I would like to recommend them to anyone looking for a great remodeling contractor. Roi and Danielle, who own the company, were wonderful to work with. They are super organized, detail-oriented and very communicative, seemingly happy to answer all our questions and provide helpful suggestions for design and finishing details. They made sure we knew what was happening when and checked on progress every work day, usually in person. Workers showed up as scheduled, did quality work, and cleaned up at the end of every day. The project stayed on schedule and budget as proposed at the start. Throughout, I felt confident that we made the right choice with RnD. Roi, Danielle, and everyone obviously took pride in their work and made sure things were done correctly. In the end, we’re thrilled with the results and loving our beautiful new kitchen.
Response from RnD Builders IncThank you again for choosing RnD Builders Inc. and for leaving us such a wonderful review. It truly means a lot to us!

We recently completed a comprehensive home remodel, including removing walls to create an open concept kitchen, new flooring, fresh paint, and an addition off the master bedroom, and we are thrilled with the results!
Rnd Builders transformed our living space into a bright environment for our family to enjoy our space so much more, featuring new countertops, and a large island perfect for dining and socializing. The new hardwood floors provide a seamless flow throughout the house, enhancing its aesthetic and spaciousness.
We also did an ambitious add on to our master bedroom to add a walk-in closet and home office that came out phenomenal - blending right in with our existing home. Roi and Danielle went above and beyond, were professional and efficient, and completed the project on time and within budget. Our home feels brand new and the updates have created a great new space for our family and added some nice value to our property.
If you’re looking for any kind of remodel in Thousand Oaks, Roi is your man.
Response from RnD Builders IncThank you so much for taking the time to share your positive experience with our team!

I recently hired RnD Builders Inc to complete our kitchen remodel, flooring & French door.
From the beginning, we felt safe with Roi & Danielle as their expertise lays both on Design & Build. Danielle took care of the design and Roi was in charge on the construction.
The whole RnD team was pleasant to work with, from the workers and all the way up to the supervisors.
Roi & Danielle was constantly visiting the job site, giving directions and feedback to their workers.
We got updates every day about the progress and next day expectations.
Quality craftsmanship, beautiful work. We couldn't been happier. Thanks RnD!

RnD Builders did such an awesome job remodeling our kitchen. The owners, Danielle and Roy are a husband and wife team that have built a remodeling company that exemplifies professionalism, integrity and excellence. All their workers arrived at the scheduled times, did excellent work, and cleaned up behind themselves once their work was done. Danielle and Roy were always available for any questions or concerns we had through the whole process. All of our concerns and personal choices were addressed to our satisfaction. The final outcome exceeded what we envisioned! My husband and I highly recommend RnD Builders to any one looking for their home to be done with excellence and elegance.
