This Woodland Hills custom build is a newly completed 5,000 sq. ft. estate that blends modern design with everyday function. RnD Builders Inc built it from concept to completion. At the gated driveway, a clean angular facade, smooth stucco walls, dark vertical siding accents and expansive concrete hardscape make a bold first impression.

Inside, the open floor plan fills with natural light from oversized windows and skylights, which highlight the wide-plank wood floors. The kitchen features custom millwork, integrated cabinetry, a waterfall island and elegant pendant lighting. In addition, the dining area, living room and a built-in wet bar share the same warm, modern palette. Moving outdoors, the resort-style backyard has a large pool with spa, privacy fencing and spacious hardscape for entertaining. Finally, a dedicated guest lounge with a kitchen and a game room adds space for hosting.

Next, our in-house design team creates custom plans and 3D renderings. Then one licensed team handles the plans, permits and construction, so the schedule stays on track. Finally, we walk through the finished space with you and review every detail.
