Full Remodel

This West Hills full remodel combines modern design with everyday function. RnD Builders Inc transformed the home from the kitchen and bathrooms to the fireplace and flooring. We installed white oak hardwood floors throughout, which give the home a timeless, warm feel.

The kitchen now pairs sage green lower cabinets with white upper cabinets and Caesarstone quartz countertops. A quartz island with globe pendant lights and a farmhouse sink completes the space. In addition, we renovated two full bathrooms and one powder room with care, using details such as a walnut floating vanity, patterned encaustic tile and a dark green powder room vanity. The living room has a sleek fireplace wrapped in brown aluminum wood paneling, with a walnut slat accent wall nearby. Finally, we added new drywall, upgraded electrical and plumbing, and fresh exterior paint.

Next, our in-house design team creates custom plans and 3D renderings. Then one licensed team handles the plans, permits and construction, so the schedule stays on track. Finally, we walk through the finished space with you and review every detail.
