Larger or more complex projects can run higher, while your written estimate confirms the exact price.

It depends on the service. Also, kitchens are guaranteed within 28 days, bathrooms take about 3 weeks, garage conversions about 3 to 6 weeks for basic work, and ADUs are finished within 3 months of the first day of construction. Pools take 8 to 10 weeks, and custom homes 11 to 20 months. In addition, design and permit approval come first on larger projects.
