Client experience

I made the right decision when I hired RnD Builders to completely remodel my master bathroom and kitchen. Everything was seamless from start to finish.
Roi and the rest of the team are AMAZING and very PROFESSIONAL.
I will definitely hire them again when I need any additional projects

I am so impressed with the kitchen and two bathrooms renovation we got with Roi from RnD Builders. I got 3 bids, and theirs was the most comprehensive, fast turn around time, and affordable. They completed the job on time . We had to do a complete demo and the end result was even more gorgeous than I imagined it could be. Could not recommend them enough! The quality, communication, pricing and speed were all incredible.

If anyone is looking for a contractor RnD Builders Inc was so wonderful to work with. So quick, reasonably priced, and just really great people. We had a dream of my parents moving into my backyard and they made it come true with this beautiful ADU. We love it more and more everyday!

If you need a contractor for a bathroom remodel I cannot recommend RnD Builders Inc more. They are knowledgeable, easy to work with and professional. Communication was easy and prompt. Danielle is an angel with a great eye for design. Roi is courteous and makes sure everything runs efficiently. When the time comes to remodel our kitchen, I will absolutely use them again.

We just finished a bathroom remodeling project with RnD Builders Inc. What an amazing team and amazing experience! They guided us the whole way through with all the details. They always had great communication, very knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to complete our next project with them in the near future.

I hired RnD Builders to remodel my home and couldn’t be happier with the results. They remodeled three bathrooms, a kitchen, and installed new flooring. The team was professional, punctual and communicative from start to finish.
All three bathrooms were modernized with beautiful tile work; which was precise and attention to detail excellent. They opened the kitchen into the family room creating a large open area. The new cabinets and quartzite countertops are now up to date. The new flooring ties the spaces together. It was installed quickly with minimal disruption.
Their professionalism was greatly appreciated. Timelines were realistic and changes were handled efficiently. Any small issues were addressed promptly and courteously. Danielle was always available for design consultation, which was greatly appreciated. If you are looking for a reliable contractor with a smooth remodel process, I highly recommend RnD Builders

We hired RnD Builders Inc for a big kitchen remodel (wall removed, windows moved, total transformation!), and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. With kids, pets, and family craziness, I needed this done FAST, and they delivered by having everything pre-planned and multiple crews working at once—without cutting corners. Danielle and her team were amazing at guiding the design, really listening to what our family needed, and making it all come together beautifully. We’re obsessed with the bar seating because it opens the space up while still keeping things feeling separate, the very long island and beverage area. They even worked Saturdays, which was a huge help. The before-and-after photos say it all.

RnD helped me with my townhouse remodel earlier this year, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again in the future!

A major scope of work for my place included a redesign of the master bathroom/closet layout, which required moving walls/doors with associated permitting/demo/reframing/drywall, building a fully custom shower including a bench, niche, full tile walls and glass enclosure, and all the associated electrical/plumbing chnages. RnD also replaced outdated carpet with engineered wood flooring on my stairwell and second floor, designed/installed metal railing, and helped modernize several rooms with recessed lights and ceiling fans.

Roi, Danielle, and all of the contractors from the RnD team were transparent from the beginning to talk through my vision, provide honest feedback and opinions to guide me along the way, and friendly to work with. Costs were fair, and everything was discussed ahead of time without surprises as the project progressed. Overall quality and workmanship was great.

This work was completed in the first half of this year, and although I'm late to writing this review, I'm happy to report I'm still thrilled with my remodel and the work RnD did 7 months in!

We had a great experience working with RND Builders on our home project. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with. They took the time to listen to our needs, explained the process clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way.

The quality of their work really shows in the details. The project was completed on time, the crew was respectful of our home, and everything was kept clean and organized throughout the process. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed quickly and thoughtfully.

We’re very happy with the final result and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for honest, skilled, and dependable builders.

We recently completed a master bath remodel by the team at RnD Builders. Overall the experience was fantastic! From start to finish they offered us guidance in design, stayed focus on the timeline and were flexible with our schedule and special requests. We found them through the Next Door site. After meeting with them, there was no need to look further! We highly recommend them should you be in need of a great team!

We recently completed a full exterior remodel with Roi and his team at RnD Builders, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The project included demolition, new siding installation, added stucco, decorative stonework, tiling, concrete, and exterior paint.

From the very beginning, Roi walked me through the quote process in detail and took the time to explain his professional recommendations. He helped me strike the right balance between curb appeal and budget, ensuring I got the best value without sacrificing quality. I really appreciated his honesty and transparency—at no point did I feel like he was trying to upsell, deceive, or nickel-and-dime me, which unfortunately can be common in this industry.

During the project, Roi proved to be both attentive and responsive. He listened carefully to my feedback and addressed every concern I had, no matter how small. He repeatedly sent his contractors back for any little fix I brought up, and he never made me feel like I was being inconvenient or unreasonable. Instead, he treated my concerns with respect and made sure everything was handled to my satisfaction.

One specific example that really stood out was when we had an unexpected issue with a city dumpster that needed to be corrected within 24 hours. I mentioned it to Roi, and he immediately assured me he would take care of it. He calmly spoke to the right people and resolved the situation quickly, ensuring it never became a stressful experience for me.

Roi also provided me with a clear timeline for how long the job would take, and true to his word, he completed everything within that timeframe. His commitment to staying on schedule, while also being flexible and detail-oriented, gave me tremendous confidence in the process.

The craftsmanship and attention to detail on each part of the remodel were excellent. The finished product completely transformed the look of our home, and the curb appeal far exceeded my expectations.

Overall, I would highly recommend Roi and RnD Builders—not only for their honesty, but for the genuine partnership they create with their clients. Roi made my vision a reality within both my budget and timeline, and I am beyond pleased with the results.

We had a small kitchen and big dreams. Danielle helped us make the most of every inch—hidden storage, smart layout, and beautiful finishes. Roi and the crew handled the construction with great attention to detail. They kept us informed and involved, and now we have a kitchen that’s not only stunning but super functional. RnD Builders Inc was the perfect team for the job. Thank You!

We needed a bit more space and decided to add a guest suite. From day one, Roi and Danielle at RnD Builders Inc took the lead with care, vision, and a clear plan. The addition integrates so naturally with our existing home that you’d never know it was new construction. Danielle’s input on the interior made the space warm and inviting, and Roi kept everything on track. We love the result—and so do our guests! Thanks a lot!

We purchased an older home with great bones but in need of a full transformation. Working with Roi and Danielle at RnD Builders Inc was the best decision we made. They brought new life to every corner of the house while still honoring its original charm. Danielle’s design eye and Roi’s leadership in construction created a dream result. The process felt collaborative, and they treated our home like their own. We are beyond grateful.

We hired RnD Builders Inc to transform our dated kitchen, and Roi and Danielle absolutely nailed it. From the start, Danielle’s design ideas helped us reimagine the space—more open, more functional, and way more beautiful. Roi and his crew made sure every detail was executed to perfection. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. It honestly feels like we’re living in a magazine now!
