This Newbury Park home remodel is a massive 3,000 sq. ft. project that added about 700 sq. ft. to the house. RnD Builders Inc replaced the floors throughout and installed a new roof. We also built a completely new open kitchen, a primary bedroom and a primary bathroom.

The kitchen has white shaker cabinets, granite countertops, a custom-made island and hood, commercial appliances and two backsplashes. A dark walnut island with a geometric panel detail anchors the room. In the primary bathroom, a full tub-shower combination sits beside 48 x 24 tile walls and green hexagon floor tile. In addition, a freestanding soaking tub, gray shaker vanities and brushed gold fixtures give the suite a luxurious feel. Outside, the two-story stucco home keeps its red clay tile roof and brick walkway.
