Complete Home Transformation

This Thousand Oaks home transformation reimagined the first floor with a modern, open design that blends warmth with refined style. RnD Builders Inc removed interior walls to improve flow, installed new flooring throughout and refreshed the interior paint. We also upgraded the bay window and added a sleek new stair railing.

The complete kitchen remodel is the centerpiece. A two-tone palette pairs matte navy upper cabinets with natural wood base cabinetry. Quartz countertops with bold veining wrap the space, and a spacious center island adds prep area and integrated appliances. In addition, a custom white hexagon tile backsplash adds texture, and brass fixtures and globe pendant lights add contrast. Warm wood-toned flooring runs from the kitchen into the living spaces, so the whole level feels unified. Bright white walls and recessed lighting keep the atmosphere light and welcoming.
