This Thousand Oaks remodel project combines a kitchen with wall removal, a living room makeover and a sleek bathroom renovation. RnD Builders Inc curated every detail to create a space with sophistication and style. Because the wall came out, the kitchen now opens to the rest of the home.

The kitchen became the heart of the home, with white shaker cabinets, spacious quartz islands, a custom wood hood, a full backsplash and under-cabinet lighting. Woven rattan pendant lights add a coastal touch. In the living room, a herringbone tile fireplace surround with a wood mantel and light wood flooring add warmth and character. Meanwhile, the bathroom also received a full transformation. Together, these upgrades make the home better for cooking, gathering and relaxing.
