Kitchen remodel

This Oxnard kitchen remodel has a sleek, modern design built around gray color tones. A custom range hood adds a touch of sophistication and elegance. RnD Builders Inc also chose heavy-duty appliances that are as practical as they are stylish.

White shaker cabinets surround a navy island with a gray quartz top and industrial metal barstools. A farmhouse sink, a linear stone backsplash and matte black hardware add texture and contrast. In addition, a stainless gas range sits under the custom hood, so the cooking area looks as good as it works. As a result, the kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining, and the open layout keeps everyone connected.

Our design-build process

Like every RnD Builders project, this kitchen remodel project followed our four-step design-build process. First, we learn your goals, style, budget and timeline. Next, our in-house design team creates custom plans and 3D renderings. Then one licensed team handles the plans, permits and construction, so the schedule stays on track. Finally, we walk through the finished space with you and review every detail.

RnD Builders Inc is a family-owned design-build contractor based in Woodland Hills and serving homeowners across Los Angeles and Ventura County. Our work has earned Best of Houzz awards from 2022 through 2026. Every home is different, so we start by listening. We then build a plan around your goals, your budget and the way your family lives, and we keep the schedule clear from day one.
