Exterior Remodel

This La Puente exterior remodel is a complete front and back yard makeover. RnD Builders Inc started with a graded lot and new concrete masonry retaining walls. From there, we built planters, new cement areas, turf, a patio cover and sprinklers.

Our photos follow the work step by step. First, we prepared the backyard with a gravel base and wood formwork, and then poured the concrete slab. Next, we installed a white aluminum patio cover with a ceiling fan and recessed lights over the slab. After that, installers laid artificial turf, and a white vinyl privacy fence and masonry wall finished the edges. As a result, the yard is low maintenance and ready for outdoor living.

Like every RnD Builders project, this yard makeover project followed our four-step design-build process. First, we learn your goals, style, budget and timeline. Next, our in-house design team creates custom plans and 3D renderings. Then one licensed team handles the plans, permits and construction, so the schedule stays on track. Finally, we walk through the finished space with you and review every detail.
