This Hawthorne 750 sqft ADU is a brand new construction that pairs modern design with comfortable living. RnD Builders Inc built it with two bedrooms and a sleek bathroom. Because the layout is open, the unit feels bright and spacious.

The kitchen has white shaker cabinets, quartz countertops and black exposed beams under a vaulted ceiling with skylights. Durable vinyl wood flooring runs through the living area and hallway. In the bathroom, a walk-in shower combines blue-gray subway tile with a marble slab accent wall and a built-in bench. The bedrooms are bright, and one includes a mirrored closet. Outside, the blue-gray stucco exterior, craftsman-style wood door and black wall sconces give the unit curb appeal. We also remodeled the front and back yards with lush grass, cement sitting areas, block walls, planters and stucco finishes.
