Bathroom Remodel

This Newbury Park bathroom remodel is a custom upgrade with a relaxed, beachy feel. RnD Builders Inc installed a chill blue custom vanity that anchors the room. Subway tile and bright finishes keep the space clean and fresh.

The double-sink vanity has navy blue shaker cabinets, gold hardware and a white quartz countertop. Meanwhile, the tub-shower has subway tile walls, a built-in niche and a frameless sliding glass door. A white hexagon floor tile adds a classic touch underfoot. Together, these finishes give a full bathroom a polished, cohesive look that is easy to maintain. Because the materials are durable and low maintenance, the bathroom will keep looking good for years to come.

Our design-build process

Like every RnD Builders project, this bathroom remodel project followed our four-step design-build process. First, we learn your goals, style, budget and timeline. Next, our in-house design team creates custom plans and 3D renderings. Then one licensed team handles the plans, permits and construction, so the schedule stays on track. Finally, we walk through the finished space with you and review every detail.

RnD Builders Inc is a family-owned design-build contractor based in Woodland Hills and serving homeowners across Los Angeles and Ventura County. Our work has earned Best of Houzz awards from 2022 through 2026. Every home is different, so we start by listening. We then build a plan around your goals, your budget and the way your family lives, and we keep the schedule clear from day one.
