This Redondo Beach home remodel is a full interior makeover of a two-story home. RnD Builders Inc transformed the primary bathroom and walk-in closet, installed new flooring throughout and rebuilt the stairs. Small details, such as tile layout, lighting accents and finish selections, come together to elevate every room.

The primary bathroom features soft blue handmade tile, a spacious shower with a mosaic floor and a lit niche, and a double vanity with clean black hardware for contrast. Upstairs, we refinished the stairs with new oak treads and added custom black powder-coated railings. Together, the oak and black metal give the staircase a clean, updated look. Finally, a matte black rainfall showerhead and matching fixtures tie the bathroom to the railings.
