Kitchen Remodel

This Simi Valley kitchen remodel began with a full demolition and a clear plan. RnD Builders Inc upgraded the plumbing and electrical systems, then installed new floors, drywall and paint. As a result, the kitchen is both beautiful and built on a solid base.

Classic shaker-style cabinets in an oak color pair with quartz countertops that feature gold veining. Gold handles and stainless steel appliances add a touch of luxury, including a gas range with a stainless hood. A cozy coffee area and a tile backsplash add everyday convenience. Meanwhile, a microwave placed on the island keeps counters clear and the layout efficient. Finally, hexagon floor tile adds pattern and warmth underfoot.

Our design-build process

Like every RnD Builders project, this kitchen remodel project followed our four-step design-build process. First, we learn your goals, style, budget and timeline. Next, our in-house design team creates custom plans and 3D renderings. Then one licensed team handles the plans, permits and construction, so the schedule stays on track. Finally, we walk through the finished space with you and review every detail.

RnD Builders Inc is a family-owned design-build contractor based in Woodland Hills and serving homeowners across Los Angeles and Ventura County. Our work has earned Best of Houzz awards from 2022 through 2026. Every home is different, so we start by listening. We then build a plan around your goals, your budget and the way your family lives, and we keep the schedule clear from day one.
