Patio Cover

This Thousand Oaks patio cover is a raised, gable-roof structure that gives the home a place to unwind, entertain and enjoy the view. RnD Builders Inc framed and finished it from the ground up. As a result, the family gets a shaded outdoor room that works through sunny days and starry nights.

White painted timber posts and framing support the gabled roof, and a tongue-and-groove beadboard ceiling adds a clean finish. A black ceiling fan keeps the air moving, and a black metal railing frames the elevated deck. Meanwhile, composite wood decking gives the floor a warm look with low maintenance. Our project photos also show the build in progress, from the foundation and framing to the finished covered space.
