Home Addition

This Newbury Park room addition added about 700 sq. ft. to a two-story stucco home. RnD Builders Inc built the new space as part of a larger 3,000 sq. ft. remodel. The addition makes room for a new primary bedroom and bathroom.

Along with the new square footage, we replaced the home’s roofing and the floors throughout. The finished home keeps its white stucco look, terracotta tile roof and brick accents, so the addition blends with the original structure.
